About the Services
Estúdio N2 Fotografia LTDA (Foto Floripa) offers professional photography services and optional additional services, such as video capture and aerial drone images, as described on each package's page and/or proposal sent to the client.
By hiring any service, the client declares that they have previously reviewed N2 Studio's portfolio and understands that the final result will follow the artistic and technical standard presented.
Date and Payment Reservation
The session date and time will only be reserved upon payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the main package amount, as a booking deposit. Important: the deposit is calculated exclusively on the amount of the package hired, not including optional extras, even if these have already been chosen at the time of hiring. The remaining amount (50%) of the main package, together with the amount of the extras hired, must be paid on the day of the session.
Additional services (extras) may be hired at the time of initial contracting or later, as long as requested in advance and subject to N2 Studio's technical and operational availability.
Rescheduling
The client can reschedule the session for free, as long as they notify at least 24 (twenty-four) hours in advance. The new date will always be subject to N2 Studio's schedule availability. If there's no availability on the desired date, the client may choose another available date within the credit's validity period, as set out in this term.
The client agrees to arrive at the scheduled time. A tolerance of 15 (fifteen) minutes will be granted for delays. After this period, the delay time will be deducted from the total time hired, with no obligation to extend the session beyond the previously reserved time, as N2 Studio's schedule follows other appointments and commitments. If the delay makes the session unfeasible or significantly compromises its planning, the session may be considered cancelled due to the client's responsibility, applying the cancellation rules set out in this term, including retention of the deposit as credit.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation at the client's initiative, the deposit paid is non-refundable, as it corresponds to the schedule reservation and date lock. However, the deposit amount will be converted into credit for future use, valid for up to 12 (twelve) months, counted from the originally contracted session date. After this period, the credit expires automatically.
Weather Conditions
Carrying out the session depends on minimum conditions of safety and feasibility. If there is heavy rain, strong wind, storm risk or any situation that compromises the safety of the client and team, or prevents the session from being carried out with minimum quality, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to schedule availability, characterizing a force majeure situation.
Drone
Drone use will strictly follow all applicable rules and regulations, including ANAC, DECEA and other competent authorities' rules. N2 Studio will not fly in prohibited or restricted areas, over crowds, in locations with express prohibition, or in situations of technical or weather risk. If flying is not possible for any legal or safety reason, this does not constitute a service failure, only a technical impossibility, without affecting the other services hired.
If the drone cannot be operated due to bad weather, safety, legal restrictions or a location ban, no charge will be made for the specific drone service, when hired as an extra. If the drone amount has already been paid, the client may choose a full refund of the amount corresponding to the drone service or conversion into credit, without this affecting or altering the other services hired.
Delivery and deadlines
The client will receive a preview gallery for selection within 2 (two) business days after the session. After the client submits the selection, the final edited photos will be delivered within 5 (five) business days. Delivery will be made exclusively online, through a private digital gallery, containing high-resolution JPEG files for personal use and printing.
If the client purchases all the session's photos (no selection needed), the final deadline becomes 5 (five) business days after the session. Delivery will be made only in digital, online format.
The client must send the selection within the deadline stated in the gallery. If the client does not send the selection within the deadline, the selection may be made by the photographer based on technical and artistic criteria, with no possibility of later contesting the chosen images.
It is the client's responsibility to download and store the delivered files after receiving the gallery.
Editing and Retouching Standard
The editing included in the package covers professional technical adjustments, such as: light/exposure, color and contrast, sharpness, framing and light corrections. Advanced edits are not included, such as: complex removal of people/objects, body alterations (slimming, reshaping, etc.), composites, background changes and heavy aesthetic retouching. If requested, these services will be assessed for technical feasibility and charged separately, upon quotation.
Video
The video service is an optional add-on and is not part of the standard package, unless hired. The delivered video will be in cinematic Highlight format, up to 3 (three) minutes long, delivered exclusively online and digitally, in Full HD resolution. The service does not include delivery of raw files, unless specifically contracted separately.
The video does not include copyrighted commercial soundtracks. N2 Studio will use licensed or royalty-free music. If the client wants a specific copyrighted piece of music, they must request it in writing and fully assume the risks of blocks, restrictions or notifications on social media.
The video delivery deadline is up to 10 (ten) business days after the session. 1 (one) revision is included. The client has up to 5 (five) business days to request adjustments after receiving the video, and N2 Studio has up to 5 (five) business days to finalize after the feedback. If the client does not respond within the deadline, the video will be considered automatically approved and will be delivered in its final version. Video delivery will be made exclusively online and digitally, not including physical media.
Copyright and Image Use
The client is granted authorization for personal use of the photos and videos, including: personal social media, private sharing and printing for personal use. It is forbidden to resell, transfer to third parties or make advertising use by companies or brands without formal authorization. It is also not allowed to alter the images with heavy edits, filters or manipulations that distort N2 Studio's authorial work. Any commercial use will depend on express written authorization.
By hiring the service, the client automatically agrees to the use of the images by N2 Studio for: portfolio, social media, website and institutional promotion. If the client does NOT want the images to be used, they must request so in writing before the session takes place. If not requested, it is considered authorized.
Limitation and Liability
N2 Studio is not responsible for shots compromised by external factors, such as: third-party interference, location restrictions, client delays, lack of client cooperation, weather conditions, crowded locations or lack of access.
Acceptance of Terms
By hiring any package, paying the deposit or making a booking, the client declares that they have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, agreeing to all the rules described.
Forum and Legislation
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, particularly the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Code. The courts of the judicial district of Florianópolis/SC are elected to resolve any disputes.
